Terms of attendance

Portal Anchorgrid Academy is a private classroom. By reserving a seat you agree to attend as a student of technical analysis, not as a client of a broker or investment adviser.

What we provide

We provide scheduled instruction, printed chart packs for the sitting you join, and reasonable access to the Banmoh room during listed hours. We do not execute trades, custody funds, or guarantee that any method will produce a profit.

Enrolment

A seat is confirmed only after the academy writes back and, where a fee applies, after that fee is settled by the method stated on the invoice. This website does not collect payment. Cohort size is limited by table space. We may refuse a reservation if the room is full or if a previous sitting was disrupted.

Conduct

Phones stay silent during markup. Recording the projector or other students requires prior written consent. Harassment of instructors or classmates ends the sitting without a replacement class that week.

Materials

Printed packs are for your study. They are not licensed for resale or for running a competing class. Homework you submit may be discussed anonymously in the same cohort.

Liability

You remain responsible for any trading or investment decisions you take after class. Instruction is educational. To the extent permitted under Thai law, the academy is not liable for trading losses or for travel costs if you miss a sitting you booked.
