We keep only what we need to run a classroom on Banmoh and to answer the people who write to us.
Who we are

What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email, telephone number, sitting of interest, and message you type. If you later enrol, we keep a seat list for that cohort: your name, contact details, and which sittings you attended. Paper homework stays in the room until the cohort ends, then it is returned or shredded.
Why we use it
To reply to seat requests, to run the attendance sheet, to send a simple reminder of the next start date you asked for, and to handle refunds described on the refund page. We do not sell student lists. We do not use the form to send unrelated marketing series.
Cookies
A preference cookie, described on the cookie page, is stored only if you accept the banner. Declining does not stop you reading class pages.
Sharing
We share contact details with a payment counter or bank only when you have asked us to issue an invoice. Instructors in the same sitting can see first names on the table card. We disclose information if Thai law requires it.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within twelve months. Enrolment records are kept for three years for accounting and refund disputes, then reduced to a year and invoice number.
Your requests
Write to classes@portal-anchorgrid.click to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold, subject to records we must keep for invoices. We aim to reply within fifteen business days.
